Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead strategic performance projects, manage stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- Lead business planning for subscription business including formulation of annual, monthly and daily plans on key performance metrics.
- Drive business performance insights working closely with the marketing, growth & analytics teams.
- Define metrics to measure the health and success of the subscription business.
- Create strategic value-added analyses around growth opportunities, retention levers and core business metrics in order to drive better decisioning and results.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance indicators.
What To Bring
- 4-6 years of experience in highly analytical environments - top management consulting firm or corporate strategy.
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills and detail orientation.
- Experience in senior stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills including building compelling presentation.
