This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU’s unique way of learning in your city. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU's unique way of learning and convert them into premium subscribers in your designated zones.

Note- You will go through a 8 weeks Business Development training program, based on successful completion you will be promoted to become a full fledge Business Development Associate-

Business Development Trainee - INR 5,00,000 CTC

(3 lpa fixed + 2 lpa variable) - 8 weeks program

Business Development Associate - INR 10,00,000 CTC (7 lpa fixed + 3 lpa variable)

Even if you have 4+ years of experience you will have to go through the training period with 23k as you fixed salary for the first three months. So if your not willing don't apply.
